Political Presentations & Visioning

For strategic or complex projects it can be helpful to tell the story and demonstrate how the whole team has considered every aspect of a proposal and what it could bring to the wider community.

Working closely with the master planners and political advisors for a large new community, we met with MPs, civil servants and industry leaders to showcase what could be achieved in the Oxford – Cambridge Arc.  We promoted a master developer approach to delivering new communities and held a Q&A session.

The presentations were well received and the site went on to receive a Local Plan allocation.
