Planning Applications

Varsity Town Planning prepare, manage and submit of all types of planning applications drawing expertise from external technical teams when required.  We work at all levels of development and have recently secured a resolution to grant for 1,130 homes and new schools at Wixam Park and submitted an outline application in Milton Keynes for 335 homes.

Other recent applications include the change of use from a holiday cottage to a day spa and a barn conversion under Class Q.

We have also prepared certificates of lawful development for a property in Islington and sought minor amendments for an agricultural workers dwelling.  We enjoy all types of planning work and work at all levels of scale and complexity.
