Local Plan Promotion

We have a track record of promoting sites and securing allocations in strategic visions, Local Plans and Neighbourhood Plans.  Our current project is for the land to the south of Bedford.  Working for the landowner, we entered parts of their estate into the Council’s ‘call for sites’.

The Council assembled a number of submissions together which now benefit from a draft allocation in the emerging Local Plan 2040 for 4,000 homes.  Varsity Town Planning will be at the Examination in Public in Summer 2023 to seek to secure the allocation.
