Early Engagement

When working on larger sites, it can be advantageous to enter a Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) with the Council.  This will ensure timely access to planning and technical officers and can result in a more streamline application process.  Varsity Town Planning have experience of preparing and negotiating these agreements and will work with the Council to ensure that milestones are set on both sides and that the scope of work is agreed.

Pre-application advice can form part of the PPA process but may also be used to inform smaller applications.  We offer our clients honest advice about whether a pre-application may assist the preparation of an application.
