Briefs, Codes and Statements

We seek to tailor our approach to crafting planning documents based on the scale and complexity of the development proposal.  Planning officers have commented that our Statements are easy to follow and take a refreshing approach.

We are comfortable with the analysis of the planning policy framework but also enjoying working with master planners to communicate the story of a site through Design and Access Statements and Development Briefs.
