Application Negotiations

Our clients include parties from both sides of a planning application – applicants seeking to secure a planning permission and concerned third parties who wish to have their voices heard.  When working for applicants, we liaise with the planning case officer to ensure that consultee comments are addresses in a timely fashion and support their role in trying to reach a decision.

Varsity Town Planning keep an issues log of the comments received with the aim of resolving all legitimate concerns so that the application can be positively determined.
